Koba matches each refund to what you bought

Connect Gmail read-only or forward what you like. Koba matches refunds to the purchase they came from, adds renewals to their subscription and saves the booking details you’ll ask for later. Clear receipts are filed; anything uncertain, like a refund to apply, comes back to you first.

Questions

Can Koba send, delete or change my email?

No. Gmail access is read-only. Koba reads to find purchases, renewals, refunds, bookings and deadlines, and nothing else is kept.

How far back does it look?

Recent mail first, then back up to a year, so useful results appear while older months are still being checked.

What if Koba gets something wrong?

Every action links to its email. Undo a recent one, mark the email as not relevant, or correct the amount or category, and Koba remembers.

What happens when I disconnect?

Reading stops at once. Deleting what was already saved from your mail is a separate, explicit choice, described on the Google data use page.
