One request per person, settled when it’s paid
Koba nets a trip or a month down to one amount per person, sends each their own request with what it was for, follows up once and records the repayment when you confirm it.
Paying inside Koba is planned. Today you pay the way you already do.

A debt is settled when the person who was paid confirms it
“I paid” is a report. It becomes settled when the person who was paid confirms it. Paying back inside Koba is planned; until a payment provider is chosen, you pay the way you already do.

Questions
Does Koba hold or send money?
No. Koba keeps the record and does the asking. A planned payment option will be described here once a provider is confirmed.
What if someone disputes an amount?
They can say so in the chat. The request pauses and the expense can be corrected for everyone.
Will Koba nag my friends?
One reminder at a sensible time, outside quiet hours, and nothing once the debt is settled.
